Very happy
Since my diagnosis of C-PTSD in 2017, I thought I was broken and needed fixing. About two or three years ago I discovered that C-PTSD that starts in the formative years is recognised as acquired neurodivergence. I was so relieved to realise I wasn't broken, I've been learning about my neurodivergent nature, and consider myself neuro-sparkly because I've embraced the chaos within.
