We have a 30 day refund and exchange policy. If you’ve changed your mind or received a faulty product please make sure you let us know by emailing us at sales@jubly-umph.com within30 days to ensure a prompt resolution of your refund or exchange. Be sure to include ‘returns’ in the subject line along with your contact details, order number and reason for the return in the body of the email.
If you are making a return or exchange for any reason other than an error on our part, the shipping costs of your order cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of your return postage.
